Exhale completely through the mouth, making an audible sound, Close the mouth and inhale through the nose for count of 4. Hold the breath for a count of 7. Exhale audibly through the mouth for a count of 8. But there are some people who believe it should not classified as a mental disorder, arguing that autistic people are simply at the extreme end of behavioral scale.&lt;br /&gt;An autistic child usually starts exhibiting symtomps before the age of three, althought the parent may only realise this with retrospect. A child with autism can be almost robotic in their behaviour. They will not interact in a normal manner with their parents-for instance, if they fall over they may seek comfort, and they likely to have very poor eye contact. If the autism is quite severe it may seem like they are almost un aware of the world around them. The child migh react in a surprising manner to a seemingly innocent trigger, for instance many children with autism are very sensitive about people touching them. Sometimes they will spend long periods of time repeating certain motions over and over again, such as rocking or even a form of self harm.&lt;br /&gt;The child will lack emphaty with those around them. They cannot comprehend the feelings of other people and have no apparent interest in seeking out company. Their speech development is likely to be poor as a result. Not only will an autistic child play with their peers, they may not even play on their own, or at least not in a manner which most people would define as play. Instead they tend to become rather fixated on specific things, for instance they may become singulary interested in trains, and obsessed with carrying out routins.&lt;br /&gt;Autism is extremly difficult to treat as the condition is so complex and very little is known about its causes, Behavioural therapy can have a degree of success. but it is very dependent on the individual and degree of their autism. Therapy can help them understand the bahaviour and emotions of those around them, so that they can interact ina more normal manner.&lt;br /&gt;Raising a child with autism has its reward, but it can also be a big emotionnal chalengge. Terkadang karena gejala yang kita rasakan tidak spesifik, kita salah mengartikan gejala-gejala tersebut dengan penyakit lain sehingga membuat penyakit sinusitis yang diderita berkembang tanpa diobati. untuk lebih mengenal lagi tentang penyakit sinusitis dan pengobatannya, berikut uraiannya.&lt;br /&gt;Sinusitis adalh penyakit yang terjadi diderah sinus. Sinus sendiri adalh rongga udara yang terdapat di area wajah yang terhubung dengan hidung. Fungsi dari rongga sinus sendiri adalah untuk mrnjaga kelembaban hidung dan menjaga pertukaran udara di daerah hidung. Rongga sinus sendiri terdiri dari 4 jenis Yaitu :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Sinus Frontal&lt;/b&gt;, terletak di atas mata dibagian tengah dan masing-masing alis&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Sinus Maxillary&lt;/b&gt;, terletak diantara tulang pipi, tepat disamping hidung&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Sinus Ethmoid&lt;/b&gt;, terletak diantara mata, tepat dibelakang tulang hidung&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Sinus sphenoid&lt;/b&gt;, terletak dibelakang sinus ethmoid &amp;amp; dibelakang mata&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Jadi sinusitis terjadi apabila terdapat peradangan diderah lapisan rongga sinus yang menyebabkan lendir terperangkap dirongga sinus &amp;amp; menjadi tempat tumbuhnya bakteri.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Sinus juga dapat dibedakan menjadi 2 jenis, yaitu :&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Sinus akut : &lt;/b&gt;gejala dirasakan selama 2 - 8 minggu&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Sinus Kronis :&lt;/b&gt; gejala dirasakan lebih dari 8 minggu&lt;br /&gt;Penyebab Sinusitis :&lt;br /&gt;Sinusitis dapat terjadiakibat dari beberapa faktor di bawah ini :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Bulu-bulu halus didalam rongga sinus (cilla) tidak bekerja secara maksimal akibat kondisi medis tertentu.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Flu &amp;amp; Alergi menyebabkan lendir diproduksi secara berlebihan atau menutupi rongga sinus&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Adanya kelainan pada sekat rongga hidung, kelainan tulang hidung ataupun polip pada hidung dapat menutupi rongga sinus.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;Selain hal tersebut diatas, apapun yang dapat menyebabkan bengkak pada lapisan rongga sinus ayaupun menahan Cilla untuk mendorong lendir dapat menyebabkan sinusitis. Hal ini biasanya disebabkan oleh perubahan [ada suhu&amp;amp;tekanan udara.
