Meditation can help to reduce stress

Stress ie very common in today's in many areas of our lives, for example work related pressure, personalrelationships, money and health issues. What can we do to release some of these stresses that threaten to take over our lives and have detrimental effect on our health?. There are many books and articles on reducing stress but health expert, trainers and other professional sources all agree that Menditation is an excellent tool in the relief and management of stressWhen the body and mind is in a state of meditation it becomes relaxed and can being to rebalance and rei itself of stress, in essence it begins to heal itself. Meditation is best done in the morning as it will set up for the day,but with today's busy lifestyle finding a regular time is not always easy. If you can't meditate in the morning, how about 10 minutes during your lunch break? or in the evening tohelp you relax after hectic day. Whatever time of the day you meditate will do you good.
it can be difficult to meditate when you are learning as the mind will wander and start to think of the everyday things in life that made you stressed. When this happens, bring you mind back to your brething and start again. You can focus on the braething. Soon it will become natural to stay focused on a breathing and stay in a meditative.Meditation puts our mind and body into deep relaxation. it helps s too braeheeasil, keep the blood pressure and stress level normal and can be helpful for people with heart conditions.
